At Australian Autumn Music (AAM) we aim to connect the music of Australian composers with a broader range of performers, particularly young performers and amateur musicians.
We specialise in publishing sheet music for ensembles with mixed ability performers, giving music teachers and directors more options when it comes to choosing music for their group.
You will also find that much of our music is also suitable for ensembles with unconventional instrument combinations. This can be particularly useful in a variety of scenarios, including in both school and community settings.
Holly Caldwell BA BMus GradCertRes MMus and Gene Holland BMus (hons) GradDipEd are the duo
In our combined 20+ years working in the music community, we have worked on many projects in which music by Australian composers was performed by a variety of school and community ensembles.
Our goal is to provide ensemble leaders with excellent music by local composers which is
flexible in instrumentation while also suiting mixed ability performers. By doing this, we are making sure that your music is more accessible for performance and able to be enjoyed by more people!
Music published by AAM has already been rigorously tested by young performers and amateur musicians, and they love it! The music we publish encourages the opportunity for musicians to enter a wider world of learning, for example through an exploration of place, history and people, all while engaging in meaningful and exciting music.
If you make a purchase with AAM there’s no need to wait for your music purchase to arrive by post.
